Energy register for the building sector

The energy supply of buildings is regulated by a large number of laws and ordinances. On behalf of Berliner Immobilienmanagement GmbH, IKEM is creating an energy law register that systematically records all the key energy law requirements for real estate management. To this end, IKEM carries out a comprehensive screening of all relevant European, national and state regulations and prepares them in tabular form. The cadastre is continuously updated over a period of 24 months.
