Digital GreenTalents Summer School

The Digital GreenTalents Summer School is an annual residential programme designed for outstanding early-career researchers working at the intersection of digitalisation and sustainable development. Hosted by the Gesellschaft für Informatik (GI), the Summer School brings together international awardees of the Digital GreenTalents competition and German PhD candidates from the Digital GreenMinds network.

IKEM plays a key role in the preparation and implementation of the 2026 Summer School. The institute is responsible for designing the program content and workshop formats, as well as for communicating with participants and speakers. In addition, IKEM is responsible for on-site facilitation as well as for structured follow-up, including documentation and evaluation.
