IKEM collects scientific knowledge on innovative and sustainable transport systems for the FIS knowledge database.
The Research Information System (FIS) is a publicly accessible digital knowledge database for stakeholders and interested parties in the fields of mobility and transport. This database collects the state of research and knowledge on current topics in mobility and transport research, summarizes it in the form of synthesis reports and knowledge maps, and presents it in a comprehensible form. FIS has a broad target group and aims to support both expert questions as well as general knowledge research.
Together with five other renowned research organizations, IKEM prepares and updates the expert contributions for the FIS. IKEM takes the lead responsibility for the topics “future-proof and sustainable transport system” and “innovative transport technologies”.
