Abstract

Successful implementation of the energy transition requires the participation of all stakeholders. The aim must be to involve people, take their needs and expectations into account, utilize their commitment and achieve a fair distribution of opportunities and burdens. This policy brief builds on the results of the PlanTieFEn project and develops recommendations for action for cooperative planning that is adapted to different cultural areas.
