Felix Nowack is a research associate at the Institute for Climate Protection, Energy and Mobility. He is mainly involved in the research project ANS and projects on electric mobility, autonomous driving and car-sharing.
He studied traffic engineering with a special focus on traffic planning and operation at the Technical University of Berlin. He specialized in urban transportation, electric mobility and charging infrastructure as well as car-sharing and stationary traffic. He wrote his bachelor’s thesis on lobbying in the transport sector and his master’s thesis on the potentials of semi-public parking spaces in densely populated areas.
During his master’s program, he worked as a student worker at the Berlin Senate Department for the Environment, Traffic and Climate Protection and gained experience in the area of urban traffic management as well as the implementation of innovative mobility options.
