Dennis Nill is a Management and PR Consultant at IKEM. He supports the management, coordinates internal processes and the cooperation between departments. He is also in charge of the institute’s public relations and is responsible, among other things, for publications as well as the content management of the online and social media presence. He also supports the institute’s research activities by assisting in acquisitions and projects of the Management and the Energy Law teams.
Dennis Nill has been at IKEM since 2016 and initially worked as a Research Assistant. In this position, he worked on numerous projects, including the EEG Erfahrungsbericht (EEG Experience Report) and Autonomous Driving.
He studied political science at the Free University of Berlin, the Universidad Complutense of Madrid and the University of Potsdam. During his master’s program he placed an emphasis on the study of European integration and finished in 2016 with a thesis on different national discourses about the common European measures during the euro crisis. Before starting at IKEM Mr. Nill has gained professional experience in various organizations and public bodies; these include the German Federal Youth Council, the Federal Foundation Magnus Hirschfeld and the German Federal Anti-Discrimination Agency.
