On 54 pages, the annual report 2023 presents the central research projects, events and publications of the past year. The topics covered by the 63 research experts at IKEM ranged from urban planning measures for sustainable mobility and renewable supply concepts for neighborhoods to the transformation of the Ukrainian energy sector. Among other things, the institute has made concrete contributions to climate action with a European initiative for Electric Road Systems, the Energiewende-O-Mat and numerous studies on the emerging hydrogen economy.
