Hans Kreisel has more than 25 years’ experience from the energy industry with previous positions as CEO of Skellefteå Kraft Group, General Director of Sydkraft, CEO of E.ON Gas Sweden, Managing Director at E.ON Gastransport in Germany and as member of the E.ON Top Executive Group.

Hans was also a member of the Electrification Commission, an advisory body set up by the Swedish government.

Since 2017 he serves as the Chairman of GEODE, a European association representing local distribution companies of gas and electricity. He has, since 2019, been the CEO of Nordion Energi Group, TSO/DSO for gas and DSO for electricity, which was formed with the aim to drive the transition to 100% green energy.

Hans Kreisel holds a degree in law from the University of Lund.
