​​Sabine Kullmann has been assistant to the management of the Institute for Climate Protection, Energy and Mobility since 2010.

Sabine Kullmann studied German Philology and Economics at the University of Mannheim. After graduating (M.A.) she worked in Singapore for three years at Hannover Fairs Asia Pte Ltd – a subsidiary of Deutsche Messe AG – as Human Resources and Finance Manager.
After her return to Germany, she worked for OMNIKEY GmbH until 2009 and supported the development of a ‘Start-up’ to one of the world’s leading manufacturers of smart card readers as assistant to the management in all areas of the company.
Her responsibilities at IKEM include finance and personnel as well as administration.
