The report: “How to Assess Investment Needs and Gaps in Relation to National Climate and Energy Policy Targets? A Manual – and a Case Study for Germany “was completed by the team from Juergens & Rusnok Advisors, as part of the EUKI project consortium. The report contains an overview of various methods for analyzing investment needs, explains their fundamental differences and presents exemplary case studies for two sectors in Germany.
