Abstract

This legal opinion examines relevant aspects of the legal framework for the shared use of charging infrastructure for e-trucks. However, the study is not limited to the use phase, but also examines the upstream steps in a holistic approach. In detail, the study is divided into the phases of planning, financing, construction, operation and use. The audit was based on two business models.
