Jana Eschweiler has been working as a research associate for IKEM’s energy law department since July 2022.
She studied law at the University of Hamburg and the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. After the first state examination, she worked as a research associate at the law firm Taylor Wessing. Jana Eschweiler completed her legal traineeship at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court, including positions at the Federal Foreign Office in the department for Business and Human Rights and the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ). In addition, she worked as a lecturer in the field of civil law at the University of Hamburg during the summer semester of 2020.
