Abstract

As part of the Absolut II project, IKEM is providing legal guidance on the integration of a fully automated shuttle into the local public transit system. The study examines whether automation and the use of technical supervision lead to a shift in liability. It focuses in particular on the roles of the operator as the vehicle owner and the manufacturer.
